The basis of human development is to get stronger. This type of training helps to development muscles mass so that one can move their body more efficiently to accomplish daily tasks.
There is a time to move slow and a time to move fast. This type of training is designed to help business muscles and stamina which burns large amount of calories.
As we get older many people loose the ability to sprint. This training methods is focused on getting people who are capable back into the momentum of being able to sprint at their own pace.
One of the principles I have when training someone is to have them focus on how their ability to move and lift weights grows over time instead of trying to make their bodies look a certain way.
Aesthetics will always come over time thus its important to learn how to be able to do the exercises.
Another principle I have when training someone is for them to focus on maintaining muscle health instead of just trying to grow bigger macules. Overall exercising helps us to keep our bodies muscular system in good health.
At some point the overall is for all clients to be able to do basic calisthenics and body weights exercise. Examples are Push ups, pull ups, dips, squats, lunges. The ability to lift your own bodies weight is one of the mort important things to strive for.
